Working Win

Working Win is a free service that supports people with physical or mental health conditions who want to find work, or are struggling to stay in employment. Working Win uses the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of employment support and works closely with health professionals to reach the right people and delivers a holistic service that leads to better outcomes.

Patients will receive regular, one-to-one support from a dedicated Employment Specialist to help them reach their employment goals.

Over 18 months, Working Win has supported 3,000 people and 1,700 have found work or successfully remained in their job role.
