Phase 6 Spring COVID Booster & Pneumonia vaccine
The Spring campaign for phase 6 of the Covid booster will commence on Monday 3rd April.
Patients in the following criteria will receive a text message invite.
Appointments will be available at both Carterknowle and Dore Surgeries.
We will contact you when appointments are available.
Some patients will be eligible for a pneumonia vaccine and will be offered this at the same time.
The vaccine is available to people who are:
Living in a care home
Over the age of 75
Patients who are severely immunosuppressed
All housebound patients will be contacted by the Practice in order to arrange a visit.
