You can use SystmOnline, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone, tablet or PC / Laptop.

How to register for SystmOnline – To register for SystmOnline, you can complete the registration form by clicking here

You will need to provide photo identification (e.g. driving licence or passport). If you are unable to provide photo ID we can also accept 2 forms of proof of address eg bank statement or utility bill.

We will then issue you a username and password. Once logged in, we suggest that you change the password to something you can easily remember!

If you’d prefer to register in person, you can attend either Carterknowle or Dore surgery and bring your photo ID and we can register you at reception.

What services are available via Online Services – 

Order repeat prescriptions – See your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.

View your health record – Securely access your GP health record, to see information like your allergies and your current and past medicines. If your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can also see information like test results and details of your consultations
