If you are still interested in having your Covid booster or Flu vaccination, please contact our reception team on 0114 229 1686 to book an appointment.

 

We will be inviting patients to book into these clinics via text message, please click on the link you are sent, enter your date of birth and select the date period of the vaccination clinics which will allow you to book your vaccination appointment.

If you are unable to attend on the dates above, please be patient more dates will be made available in the future for your to book into.
