Request Access to View Medical Record Online

Update on gaining access to your medical record, the planned roll out of full clinical access to all NHS patients over the age of 16 was postponed due to concerns around the safeguarding of patient information. At present we are following advice from NHS England and until the safeguarding information concerns are resolved, we will only be granting detailed coded record access via online services.
