Offline options for your requesting your repeat medication

We know that not everyone will have access to the internet, a smart phone or be able to use apps, please see some options below on how you can request repeat medication without using the internet or apps.

Please note – We are unable to accept repeat medication requests via phone calls to reception.

Via Reception

Available both at Carterknowle & Dore

You can come down to both our surgeries and physically hand in either the prescription counterfoil, or one of our repeat prescription request slips.

These can be placed in the designated Repeat Prescription Request boxes found in both receptions.
