If you would like to discuss this with our team, please arrange an appointment, you can contact us via Accurx, or call the team on 0114 229 1686.
If you are due your annual (Birthday Medical) review, the practice also offers remote Asthma reviews, so if appropriate, no appointment may be required, you will receive a questionnaire asking further information about your Asthma. The team will then review your response and advise whether an appointment is necessary and follow you up with the relevant outcome.
