Sun Awareness Week is a national campaign set out to create awareness of skin cancers. The British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) aims to make you aware of the risk of skin cancer, to regularly check yourself and the impact excessive tanning may have on your skin.
Over expose to the sun/UV rays can lead to serious damage and can also eventually develop into skin damage or cancer.
Please remember to cover up as much as possible throughout peak times of the day especially. Through wearing light t-shirts, sun caps and re-applying sun creams regular.
