Hero of Health
We have ended our contract with Hero of Health.
A massive thanks to their hard work in engaging patients in physical activity. They are still active in the area but we are no longer referring patients for walks or health coaching.
We will look to plan new ways to support community physical activity in the Spring with our Social prescribing team.
