Our staff are here to help you. They are your first point of contact when you visit or telephone the surgery, and also have many other jobs which contribute to the smooth running of the practice. They may sometimes have to ask you searching questions so that you can be given the appropriate help as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please help them to do a good job by giving them the relevant information as clearly and concisely as you can. Sometimes there are unavoidable delays in the waiting rooms so please bear with us; occasionally a patient requires more time with the doctor than anticipated. If you think you may have been overlooked, please do ask at reception. The Practice Manager and her team are also on hand to answer any queries you may have.
